About BOP

Between the plan and the handover, someone has to keep track.

BOP Gesellschaft für Bauoptimierung mbH supports clients who build. We organise the project, help select the right contractors, supervise the work on site and keep the documentation in order.

Our aim is simple: fewer surprises during construction and a clear record afterwards, including the follow-up of defects that appear during the warranty period.

    Regular site checks against plans, specifications and schedules, with deviations reported as soon as they appear.

    Site diaries, protocols, change orders and progress reports, kept complete and easy to find for everyone involved.

    We record defects at handover, track their correction and check the repairs before warranty periods expire.
